Hayami Mokomichi is a Japanese actor and model born in Shibuya to a Japanese father and Japanese-Filipino mother. He debuted in 2002 with the TV drama "You're Under Arrest", and came to fame with his 2005 role in Gokusen 2. He is also known for his supporting roles in dramas such as Densha Otoko, 5-Ji Kara 9-Ji Made, and Gunshi Kanbe, as well as his leading roles in Tokyo Tower and Zettai Kareshi.

Hayami Mokomichi has appeared on TV commercials for Daihatsu Tanto, Bourbon Petit, and au by KDDI and is also the spokesperson for the brand Edwin. He is known for his cooking skills and has published several cookbooks, as well as hosting his cooking show Moco's Kitchen, a spinoff of the popular Mocomichi's Midnight Kitchen.

Hayami Mokomichi married actress Aya Hirayama in August 2019. They met while working together on the 2007 drama, Hataraki Man.
