Okitama Miyabi is the director of Zenryoiki Ijou Kaiketsu Shitsu (known as Zenketsu). The company is the oldest investigation agency that tries to solve mysterious cases. Miyabi exudes an elegant aura and he possesses extraordinary knowledge, memory, and insight.
